WAKO VENEZUELA REALIZA DOBLE JORNADA DE KICKBOXING
Los días 23 y 24 de marzo, sábado y domingo respectivamente, WAKO Venezuela fue el encargado de realizar una doble jornada de Kickboxing. El sábado se llevó a cabo la 2da Edición de la Copa José Villegas “Cheo”, reuniendo a 200 deportistas y contabilizando más de 468 inscritos de todo el país. El domingo continuó la I Validación Nacional, que tiene como objetivo acumular puntos en el proceso de selección para la composición de la Selección Nacional 2024-2028, que representará al Kickboxing venezolano en el próximo ciclo olímpico, contando con una masiva participación de los asociados a WAKO Venezuela.
Ambos eventos contaron con combates de altísimo nivel técnico y, sobre todo, primó el compañerismo, la fraternidad y la pasión por nuestro deporte.
WAKO Venezuela sigue firme rumbo a la Copa Francisco de Miranda y la II Validación Nacional, que se desarrollará entre el 3 y 5 de mayo, en el Parque Miranda.
WAKO Panam felicita a todos los involucrados en los eventos y destaca que son iniciativas como ésta las que elevan cada vez más el nivel del Kickboking Panamericano.

WAKO VENEZUELA HOLDS DOUBLE KICKBOXING DAY
On the 23rd and 24th of March, a Saturday and a Sunday respectively, WAKO Venezuela was in charge of holding a double Kickboxing day. On Saturday the 2nd Edition of the José Villegas "Cheo" Cup took place, bringing together 200 athletes and counting more than 468 entries from all over the country. On Sunday, the 1st National Validation continued, which aims to accumulate points in the selection process for the composition of the 2024-2028 National Team, which will represent Venezuelan Kickboxing in the next Olympic cycle, with massive participation from those associated with WAKO Venezuela.
Both events featured combats of a very high technical level and, above all, camaraderie, fraternity and passion for our sport prevailed.
WAKO Venezuela remains firm towards the Francisco de Miranda Cup and the 2nd National Validation, which will take place between the 3rd and 5th of May, at Parque Miranda.
WAKO Panam congratulates everyone involved in the events and highlights the fact that it is initiatives like this that increasingly raise the level of Pan-American Kickboking.
