13th South American Kickboxing – Seniors and Masters

Dears WAKO Panam Friends,

We’re pleased to confirm the 13th edition of the most traditional event in the South American continent, the South American Kickboxing Championship, with its first edition held in 1999, the main names of South American sports have already paraded through the event, making this event one of the most anticipated. 
For this edition, trying to meet the guidelines sent by WAKO IF, only the adults and Masters categories will be disputed, in all eight modalities. Another novelty is that the event will be held simultaneously with the Cadet and Juniors Pan American that is, in the South American the main athletes of each Adult and Masters country will fight and in the Pan American the main athletes of each Cadet and Junior country will fight.
The CBKB it's prepared to carry out the event in WAKO Panam and WAKO IF standards, and it choose Foz de Iguazú because it is located in the triple border area (Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay) this is one of the most visited tourist destinations annually. 
With this intention, Foz implemented a gigantic and well prepared hotel network, a great variety of food, dozens of tourist attractions, including the Iguazú Falls and the famous casinos located in the neighboring cities of Argentina and Paraguay, that attract many tourists from all the over the world. To give us an event to the highest quality we choose the Convention Center of the Rafain Resort Hotel, one of the best hotels at the region.

OBSERVATIONS:

Deadlines for hotel reservations:

In case there’re rooms available after the date mentioned above, the prices will be adjusted by 20%
 

Cancellation Policy for hotel reservations:
. Until September 30th: no collection fee
. Until October 15th: you can cancel up to 30% of the reservations made
. After October 15th: you MUST pay for all reservations made.

. Each country may enter only 02 (two) athletes per category and modality
. Athletes registered in the South American may compete only in the . South American, they may not compete in any other event in the same period.
. All athletes must present the WAKO medical certificate.
. WITHOUT A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE, THE ATHLETE WON’T BE AUTHORIZED TO FIGHT
. The athlete must choose to participate in a ring modality or in as many as Tatami
  

AWARDS
The 1st, 2nd and two 3rd places will be awarded, placed by category with an exclusive medal of the Event.
The winners will be awarded after each final. Trophy for 1st, 2nd and 3rd country placed in the general.
